All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.

You, as a customer, have the right to return the package only after payment and acknowledgment of the delivery to the courier company.

If you want to return the package you will need to notify us after payment to the courier and then you will need to send us back the package at your own expense for return or exchange.

Please do not force the delivery person from the courier company to open the package before you make the payment as it is against the rules of the COD in Pakistan.

3. Exchange Eligibility

You are eligible for a Return or Exchange if:

Product is unused and unwashed
Product is in its original packaging
All tags are intact — no tags removed
Product is in its original condition

❌ Returns & Exchanges are NOT accepted if:

Request is made after 7 days of delivery
Product has been washed or used
Tags have been removed
Product is damaged or stained by the customer
Product was purchased on sale or at a discounted price
Items that have been custom stitched or altered

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Con tact Us: WhatsApp us at 0315-8972398 with your order number and reason for return or exchange

2. Send Photos: Share clear photos of the product along with its original packaging via WhatsApp

3. Await Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours

4. Ship the Product: Once approved, courier the product back to our address (provided by our team)

5. Refund / Exchange Processed: Once we receive the product, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer
Refund processing takes 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item
Shipping charges are non-refundable
The PKR 700 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

7. Received a Defective or Wrong Product?

If you received the wrong or defective item due to our error:

No restocking fee will be charged — we take full responsibility
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos via WhatsApp
We will provide a free replacement or full refund

Q1: Can I exchange without returning — just swap for a different item?

A: Yes! You can request an exchange only. A PKR 700 fee applies and the exchange is subject to stock availability. Contact us on WhatsApp to get started.

Q2: The color looks slightly different from the photos — can I return it?

A: Minor color differences due to screen resolution and photography lighting are expected and are not considered a valid reason for return. However, if the product looks significantly different from the product description, please contact us and we will assist you.

Q3: What happens if I request a return after 7 days?

A: Unfortunately, return and exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

Q4: Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?

A: No. Items purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or during promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Q5: How long does the entire return process take?

A: Request approval: 24 hours. Product transit back to us: 2–4 days. Refund or exchange processing: 3–5 working days. Total estimated time: approximately 7–10 working days.

Q6: How will I receive my refund if I paid Cash on Delivery?

Flat Rs. 200 delivery charge on all orders across Pakistan.

The delivery charge is the same regardless of the number of items or your location within Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times:

Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days
Other major cities: 3–4 working days
Remote areas: 4–6 working days
Sale / Eid season: 5–7 working days

⚠️ No. As per standard COD rules in Pakistan, the courier company does not allow packages to be opened before payment is made.

This is a nationwide policy followed by all courier services — not a BlueFery rule. Please pay the courier first, then inspect your package. If there is any issue, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.

If you find any issue with your order after payment, please take clear photos immediately and contact us on WhatsApp at 0315-8972398 within 48 hours. Our team will review your case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Q3. What happens if I miss the courier's delivery attempt?

The courier will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times and will call you before each attempt. If you miss the call, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0315-8972398 so we can coordinate with the courier on your behalf.

Q3. What is the difference between unstitched and ready-to-wear?

Unstitched: You receive the fabric and can have it stitched to your preferred measurements and style by your local tailor.
Ready-to-Wear: The dress is already fully stitched and ready to wear — available in standard sizes.
