Important Notice for All COD Customers

As per standard Cash on Delivery (COD) rules in Pakistan, the courier company does not allow customers to open the package before making payment. This is a nationwide policy followed by all major courier services. Please read the terms below carefully before placing your order.

Payment Before Opening

The courier company will not permit you to open or inspect the package before making full payment. This is a standard COD policy enforced by all courier companies operating in Pakistan — not a BlueFery policy.

Your Right to Return

You have the full right to return the package — but only after you have made the payment and acknowledged receipt of the delivery to the courier company. Once payment is confirmed, you may initiate a return or exchange request with us.

How to Return After Payment

If you wish to return the package after payment, please contact BlueFery immediately via WhatsApp at 0315-8972398. You will then need to ship the package back to us at your own expense for a return or exchange to be processed.

Do Not Force the Courier Personnel

Please do not pressure, force, or request the delivery person to open the package before payment is made. This is strictly against COD regulations in Pakistan. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

✅ You CAN:

  • Pay the courier and then inspect your package
  • Contact BlueFery immediately if there is an issue with your order
  • Return the package after payment by shipping it back to us
  • Request a refund or exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy

❌ You CANNOT:

  • Open or inspect the package before making payment
  • Refuse delivery without making payment first
  • Force or pressure the courier person to open the package
  • Return the package without first notifying BlueFery

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why can't I open the package before paying?
A: This is a standard regulation followed by all courier companies in Pakistan for Cash on Delivery orders. It is not a BlueFery-specific rule. The courier company is required to collect payment before handing over the package.
Q: What if I pay and the product is wrong or damaged?
A: Please take photos immediately and contact us on WhatsApp at 0315-8972398 within 48 hours. If the error is on our end, we will provide a free replacement or full refund with no restocking fee charged.
Q: Can I refuse the delivery without paying?
A: No. Under COD rules, you cannot refuse the package without making payment first. If you choose not to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us and your account may be flagged for future orders.
Q: Who pays for the return shipping?
A: Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was wrong or defective due to our error, in which case we cover the return shipping costs.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund after returning via COD?
A: Once we receive your returned package, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days via bank transfer. The PKR 700 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
