Q: Can I exchange without returning — just swap for a different item?

Q: The color looks slightly different from the photos — can I return it?
A: Minor color differences due to screen resolution and photography lighting are expected and are not considered a valid reason for return. However, if the product looks significantly different from the product description, please contact us and we will assist you.

A: Unfortunately, return and exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

Q: How will I receive my refund if I paid Cash on Delivery?
