✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

✅ You are eligible for a Return or Exchange if:

  • Request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Product is unused and unwashed
  • Product is in its original packaging
  • All tags are intact — no tags removed
  • Product is in its original condition

❌ Returns & Exchanges are NOT accepted if:

  • Request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • Product has been washed or used
  • Tags have been removed
  • Product is damaged or stained by the customer
  • Product was purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • Items that have been custom stitched or altered

📋 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: WhatsApp us at 0315-8972398 with your order number and reason for return or exchange

Send Photos: Share clear photos of the product along with its original packaging via WhatsApp

Await Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours

Ship the Product: Once approved, courier the product back to our address (provided by our team)

Refund / Exchange Processed: Once we receive the product, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days

💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer
  • Refund processing takes 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • The PKR 700 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

⚠️ Received a Defective or Wrong Product?

✅ If you received the wrong or defective item due to our error:

  • No restocking fee will be charged — we take full responsibility
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos via WhatsApp
  • We will provide a free replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be fully covered by BlueFery

Q: Can I exchange without returning — just swap for a different item?
A: Yes! You can request an exchange only. A PKR 700 fee applies and the exchange is subject to stock availability. Contact us on WhatsApp to get started.
Q: The color looks slightly different from the photos — can I return it?
A: Minor color differences due to screen resolution and photography lighting are expected and are not considered a valid reason for return. However, if the product looks significantly different from the product description, please contact us and we will assist you.
Q: What happens if I request a return after 7 days?
A: Unfortunately, return and exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.
Q: Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?
A: No. Items purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or during promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Q: How long does the entire return process take?
A: Request approval: 24 hours. Product transit back to us: 2–4 days. Refund or exchange processing: 3–5 working days. Total estimated time: approximately 7–10 working days.
Q: How will I receive my refund if I paid Cash on Delivery?
A: COD refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details with our team on WhatsApp after your return is approved.
