At Bluefery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence and ease. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ Return & Exchange Policy

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • A restocking fee of PKR 700 will be charged on each return or exchange request.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

✅ Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products purchased on final sale or clearance.

  • Customized or altered items.

✅ How to Request a Return/Exchange

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Our team will guide you with the return process.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
